Bobcat is a feline distributed in North America. It has 12 subspecies, with a total length of 65-120 cm and a weight of 5.8-13.3 kg. The fur is gray to brown, with whiskers on the face and black fur on the ears. It looks like other medium-sized lynx. Its limbs are strong, and its tail is short and strong, with a maximum length of 15 cm. Its short hairy tail is also dotted with some dark ring markings, and its tail tip is black.
Bobcat is very adaptable to the environment. They are omnivores and feed on any animal they can catch, including rodents, birds, small mammals, frogs, reptiles, livestock and even carrion. It inhabits woodland, semi desert, city and swamp. It is mainly distributed in North America, including southern Canada to northern Mexico and most of the United States.
